Hysteroscopy: This procedure uses a thin, lighted camera called a hysteroscope to view the inside of the uterus. The hysteroscope is inserted through the vagina and cervix, allowing the surgeon to perform diagnostic examinations and surgical procedures like polyp or fibroid removal without any abdominal incisions.
Laparoscopic myomectomy: For removing fibroids, laparoscopic myomectomy utilizes several small incisions rather than one large abdominal incision.
